Introduction Choroidal and chorioretinal folds are undulations involving Bruch’s membrane, the inner choroid, and the outer retina. There are multiple etiologies that can cause these folds, including orbital tumors, inflammation, and systemic diseases. Idiopathic choroidal folds are a diagnosis of exclusion wherein all other ocular and extraocular etiologies need to be ruled out. Case Reports Three patients, all with complaints of mild blurry vision, were examined with full ancillary and radiological testing. Two patients were found to have chorioretinal folds and one was found to have choroidal folds. They were all monitored without treatment. Conclusion These cases serve as an addition to the growing body of literature pertaining to chorioretinal folds and their etiologies as well as a review of appropriate diagnostic conventions.
