Welcome to the inaugural volume of the Clinical Pharmacy Connect Journal, a peer-reviewed journal aims to publish original, high-quality research, reviews, and communications on the latest developments in all fields of pharmacy practice. The rapid advancements in clinical pharmacy have necessitated a dedicated platform for scholarly exchange, rigorous peer review, and the dissemination of innovative research. Descriptive Analysis of Reported Adverse Events Associated with Metoclopramide Using FDA Adverse Event Reporting System Databases – Research Article by Nehad Jaser Ahmed In this study, Nehad Jaser Ahmed presents a descriptive analysis of adverse events associated with metoclopramide using the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS), highlighting the predominance of neurological complications and emphasizing the importance of vigilant pharmacovigilance in clinical practice. 3. Al Meslamani examines the expanding role of pharmacists in public health and disease prevention, synthesizing global evidence across preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and digital domains while highlighting policy and structural barriers that limit the full integration of pharmacists into population health strategies. 4. Efficacy of Monoclonal Antibodies for Malaria Prevention: A Meta-Analysis – Systematic Review by Dr. Nehad Jaser Ahmed In this meta-analysis, Dr. Nehad Jaser Ahmed evaluates the efficacy of monoclonal antibodies for malaria prevention, demonstrating significant protective effects against Plasmodium falciparum while addressing considerations related to population variability, cost, and scalability.
