Abstract

Real-time, in vivo monitoring of drug pharmacokinetics is vital for therapeutic efficacy and personalized medicine. Here we present a stable EAB sensor using Au–alkyne anchoring, enabling high-frequency, continuous drug monitoring in living animals.
