This study considers the flight ground handling process, which is influenced by the collaboration of multiple handling personnel. It aims to characterize and analyze the multi-actor collaborative behavior network in ground handling from a behavioral network perspective. This paper uses two data modalities: interview audio data from flight ground handling command personnel, and industry regulation for flight safety operation handling. Text mining methods help construct a foundational semantic lexicon for ground handling. Based on the lexicon, this paper extracts collaborative behavior data, constructs a multi-actor personnel collaboration network, and analyzes collaboration patterns with social network analysis. The results indicate that personnel involved in flight ground handling can be grouped into three categories: resource supply personnel, command and coordination personnel, and execution personnel. Network features further identify the flight crew, tower, and aircraft watch personnel as key bridges for cross-actor collaboration, consistent with the operational division of labor. Overall, this paper innovatively mines collaborative behavior data from two modality sources, constructs and analyzes the collaboration network, providing a new research viewpoint for studying collaboration in flight ground handling.
