The primary instrument of delivering education in classrooms world over is language. English language has gained a world status since it possesses a special sole that is, accepted in all the countries. Even in India where official language is English, in reality, the language is the most significant in India. To the greatest majority it is a second and the rest a third language. India is a multi ethnic centre. Each ethnic group possesses certain language. This implies that there are speakers in which speech patterns of their ethnic language of origin have a significant impact on the spoken English. Learning of English begins at school. It begins in most of the Indian cities in class 1 or 2 but more often it is confined within the classroom walls and text books would be one of the biggest instruments in this language learning process. It has remained a part and parcel of a language learner to render them happy.
