Using the Internet to conclude contracts is no longer a mere possibility, but has become a reality, as technological development in the field of artificial intelligence has led to the emergence of an artificial intelligent agent, which is a program used to conclude and implement contracts without direct human intervention, which was launched in the digital space accompanied by a set of data and information to respond to users' requests. This research included two axes, the first of which dealt with the mechanism of concluding the contract through the artificial intelligent agent represented by the offer and acceptance. As for the second axis, it explains the mechanism for implementing the contract concluded through the artificial intelligent agent and the difficulties it faces during implementation. Finally, we reached a conclusion that summarized the set of results and proposals that we reached through this research. After the smart contract is formed and completed, we enter the stage of implementing the resulting reciprocal obligations that must be executed by the contracting parties. What is the role of the artificial intelligent agent at this stage? In addition, this contracting method, like other methods, may face difficulties and problems that lead to obstructing the proper and accurate implementation of contractual obligations. To what extent can these obstacles be addressed and what are the opinions put forward and proposed solutions to address such difficulties?
