The International Human law in our modern age confronts several obstacles and challenges. One of these obstacles and challenges is the climate change and environmental pollution which are caused by military conflicts. These military conflicts increase the agony of human beings and other creatures during using fossil fuel in industries. The use of fossil fuel has a negative impact on increasing and spreading gases for global warming. This situation led to heighten the temperature which in turn threatens the life of human beings and other creatures as well. This is done because of the above mentioned climate change in addition to the military conflicts whether they are international or not, especially with the great modern scientific and technological development. This development produces new styles, means and weapons in the fight which causes terrible harms in the environment. On the long term, the waves of climate changes took place on different and subsequent manner. Accordingly, the active role of international human law prevails to stand against the climate changes and protect the human beings and environment during military conflicts. In the present paper, it becomes clear that the international human law was not suitable in the light of modern technological development, especially in the field of armament.
