It was proved recently that compactly supported (globally in time) sticky particles solutions to the one-dimensional pressureless Euler system converge asymptotically to an equilibrium solution. In this article we demonstrate that there is no universal rate of decay, i.e. sticky particle solutions can converge to equilibrium at an arbitrarily slow rate.
