Performance management analytics has become an essential aspect of human resource management in healthcare organizations due to the increasing need for data-driven decision-making and improved employee performance. This study evaluates the effectiveness of performance management analytics in a multi-specialty hospital. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from hospital nursing staff using a structured questionnaire. Statistical techniques such as t-test, correlation, ANOVA, regression analysis, and reliability testing were employed to examine the relationship between performance management practices and employee productivity. The findings reveal that demographic variables do not significantly influence employee perceptions of the performance management system, while factors such as planning, appraisal, fairness, and feedback significantly improve overall effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of structured performance evaluation systems in enhancing employee productivity.
