This document presents a conceptual propulsion and levitation system based on opposing electromagnetic fields generated by two concentric rotating discs. Drawing on principles validated in maglev train technology, the concept extends toward a rail-free flight vehicle. The primary technological barrier identified is the energy density required to sustain the necessary magnetic field intensity. The concept is analogous to Leonardo da Vinci's helicopter design physically valid, but awaiting the enabling technology. Real-world energy calculations, comparative magnetic field references, and existing related technologies are analyzed. Document notarized and dated May 4, 2026.
