In this paper, the fracture of interphase spacer bar of three-phase inverted triangle arrangement conductor in 500kV compact transmission line is studied to affect the transmission safety12. Firstly, it analyzes the important role of the interphase spacer and the hazards of the fracture situation34, and then it discusses the key technology of replacing the fractured interphase spacer with electricity for the actual working condition of 500kV compact line 5, including the calculation of the minimum interphase distance distance that should be met by equipotential operation6, the working method, the research and development and improvement of the required tools7, and the safety guarantee measures8, etc. Through practical application cases, it verifies the validity and feasibility of these technologies9. The effectiveness and feasibility of these techniques are verified through practical application cases, aiming to provide powerful technical support for improving the operation and maintenance level of 500kV compact transmission lines and guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of power grids.
