This thesis examines the importance of regional cooperation among Central Asian countries in combating drug trafficking and the illegal circulation of narcotic and psychotropic substances. It highlights the growing transnational nature of drug-related crimes and their negative impact on public health, economic stability, and national security. The study analyzes existing legal frameworks, joint operations, and institutional mechanisms aimed at strengthening collaboration between countries in the region. Special attention is given to the role of law enforcement agencies, customs services, and international organizations in preventing drug smuggling and dismantling criminal networks.
