Deliverable 6.5 Final Dissemination and Communication (DC) Plan

This document is part of the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Work Package - WP6. The first Dissemination and Communication Plan (DC – Deliverable (D) 6.1) introduced the overall engagement approach that CYCLOPES is to follow throughout the project. The Plan was revised in M30 through Deliverable 6.3 Updated Dissemination and Communication Plan. This is the final update to the Dissemination and Communication Plan. The DC Plan ensures efficient internal and external communications, as well as proper dissemination activities. The detailed plan explores a variety of audiences and their respective needs and special interests. This is to ensure that the targeted audiences will be apprised of the most pertinent results stemming from the project. To fully capitalize on the project's achievements and maximize its benefits, audiences are encouraged to be actively involved with the project itself.This plan outlines the methods and key messages essential for effectively engaging relevant stakeholders, as well as how to maintain continuity of the relationship between them and the CYCLOPES consortium.
