This article examines innovative pedagogical strategies for developing students' motivation in the context of digital transformation. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of motivation, the socio-psychological factors that influence students' learning activity, and the pedagogical opportunities created by digital technologies. Special attention is paid to personalized learning, gamification, formative feedback, collaborative digital projects, reflective learning, and the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the educational process. The article argues that students' motivation cannot be strengthened only through external encouragement; it should be supported through meaningful content, learner autonomy, social interaction, emotional involvement, and continuous pedagogical guidance. The proposed approach emphasizes the integration of theory and practice and offers practical mechanisms for organizing a motivational digital learning environment. The results of the analysis show that innovative strategies based on digital transformation can increase students' engagement, self-regulation, responsibility, and readiness for lifelong learning.
