Rapid urbanization and increasing residential developments have led to growing challenges in property search transparency, broker dependency, and secure housing society management. Existing real estate platforms and society management systems operate independently, resulting in data inconsistency, limited security controls, and poor user experience. Additionally, unauthorized access to sensitive notifications such as visitor alerts, parcel updates, and maintenance bills raises serious security concerns. This paper presents OneGate, a unified web-based application designed to integrate property search and housing society management into a single secure platform. The proposed system eliminates broker dependency by enabling direct interaction between property owners and seekers while incorporating role-based access control to ensure authorized notification delivery. OneGate integrates intelligent features including an OCR-based document verification module for automated identity validation, a property recommendation system based on user preferences and viewing history, and a meeting prediction mechanism to improve scheduling reliability. The system is developed using modern web technologies with secure authentication mechanisms to ensure data protection and controlled access. Experimental evaluation demonstrates improved operational transparency, enhanced security, and optimized user experience compared to existing fragmented solutions. OneGate provides a scalable and efficient framework suitable for modern residential ecosystems.
