This paper presents the Dissipation Matching Theory of Quantum Gravity, a framework that addresses the ultraviolet divergence problem in quantum gravity by introducing a dissipation mechanism into the gravitational propagator. The theory posits that the conventional form of the propagator, which leads to unphysical infinities, is incomplete. By incorporating a quantum expansion quantity (Λ) to model the effects of coarse-graining and scale-dependent dissipation, we propose a modified propagator D (k) = / k². This modification naturally regulates the high-energy behavior of the theory, eliminating divergences without the need for ad-hoc renormalization or new physics. The result is a self-consistent framework that bridges quantum mechanics and general relativity at high energies.
