This deliverable provides a package of adequate material to inform RCT participating health professionals and patients, starting with the advanced practice nurse who will coordinate RCT implementation at each investigating site. Deliverables for patients are in D6.5 – however the RCT participating health professionals are trained on these so they can inform patients. This deliverable is connected to D2.1 of GerOnTe - myPatientSpace configured for Geronte application with its two modules, as it provides a description and tutorial on how the user can use the application; D6.5 - Tool usage manual and a set of tutorial videos about its usage, as it also provides a specific guide on how to use the Tool in their own specific field. It gathers all the materials and tutorials designed to inform participants on how to use myPatientSpace configured in the portal for the Geronte application.
