Abstract

This study focuses on the integration of eco-friendly practices within the distribution network of Spoton Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a key logistics service provider in India. The research evaluates the environmental and operational impact of sustainable logistics practices such as green transportation, sustainable packaging, green warehousing, and technology integration. Using secondary data from company reports, industry publications, and academic literature, the study examines carbon emissions, fuel consumption, routing efficiency, and waste generation. The findings indicate that eco-friendly practices significantly contribute to reduced environmental impact, improved operational efficiency, and cost savings. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, limited infrastructure, and resistance to change hinder adoption. The study provides actionable recommendations to enhance sustainability and align distribution operations with global environmental standards.
