Abstract

Self-Amplifying RNA Nanomedicine This cover illustrates Self-amplifying RNA-loaded Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles interacting with the tumor microenvironment. Upon reaching cancer cells, the nanoparticles release their RNA payload, triggering localized IL-12 expression and macrophage recruitment. The secreted cytokines recruit and stimulate immune cells, reshaping the tumor microenvironment and amplifying anti-tumor responses through a nanomedicine-based immunotherapy approach.
