This study aims to analyze the tarbawi values contained in the hadith of Mu'adz bin Jabal's mission to Yemen and its relevance to teaching leadership in Islamic education. The hadith contains the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, regarding methods of da'wah and education that are carried out in a gradual and systematic manner. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, with the main data sources being the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and relevant supporting literature. The analysis focuses on revealing the tarbawi values in the hadith of Mu'adz bin Jabal's mission and its relation to the concept of teacher leadership in Islamic education. This study is expected to provide a conceptual contribution to the development of teacher leadership based on tarbawi values. These tarbawi values can serve as guidelines in shaping the character of teachers who are integrity, fair, wise, and able to manage the learning process with full responsibility.
