Key Points

  • The research aims to combat plant pathogenic fungal resistance through the development of nanopesticides.
  • Synthesized novel pyrimidine-amide-imidazole derivatives
  • Loaded derivatives onto nanomaterial carriers
  • Constructed dual-target antifungal nanopesticides
  • Developed nanopesticides aim to effectively target SDH and CYP51 pathways
  • Demonstrated potential effectiveness against resistant fungal strains

Abstract

To address the increasingly severe global challenge of plant pathogenic fungal resistance, this study first synthesized a series of novel pyrimidine-amide-imidazole derivatives and loaded them onto nanomaterial carriers to construct dual-target (SDH/CYP51) antifungal nanopesticides.
