This paper focuses on the taxonomy of the genus Scrobipalpa from Xinjiang, China. Four species—Scrobipalpa apicidentata Li, Bidzilya S. latiuscula Li, Bidzilya S. subargenteonigra Li, Bidzilya and S. xinjiangensis Li, Bidzilya S. concerna Povolný, 1969; S. dalibori Lvovsky S. hannemanni Povolný, 1966; S. geomicta (Meyrick, 1918); S. picta Povolný, 1969; and S. zaitzevi Piskunov, 1990—are newly recorded for the Chinese fauna. Images of adults and illustrations of genitalia of the new and newly recorded species are provided. A list of 48 Scrobipalpa species known in Xinjiang is included.
