Abstract Personality disorders are roughly characterized by a pervasive pattern of thought, feeling, and behavior that characterize an individual's unique lifestyle and mode of adaptation, which deviates markedly from the expectations of the individual's culture. The integrative review method combines diverse research methodologies to evaluate evidence, identify gaps, and propose future research. The review proposes exploring homeopathic approaches, emphasizing the need for more research in this area and detailing the objectives of the study to identify effective homeopathic treatments for different personality disorders using the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10) criteria. A thorough literature review was conducted across various databases, including PubMed, Medscape, Google Scholar, and others, up to 2023. Keywords related to personality, personality disorders, and homoeopathy were employed. Six relevant studies were identified and screened based on predefined criteria, and the diagnostic criteria for each personality disorder were transformed into rubrics using Synthesis 10.0 in RadarOpus software. In the context of homeopathy and personality disorders, six evaluated studies suggested the effectiveness of homeopathic treatments. After transferring the symptoms of personality disorders (F60) in ICD-10 into rubrics, frequently indicated medicines include Lachesis, Lycopodium, Pulsatilla, Arsenicum album, Sulphur, and Phosphorus. The review emphasizes the scarcity of rigorous studies, highlights homeopathy's potential for treating personality disorders and proposes randomized controlled trials for a more robust evidence base.
