Abstract

The data are transcriptome data of root band (mRNAₗncRNAcircRNA) from four stages (bud mature and dormancy remain stage, water absorption transformation stage, bud germination/break stage, and bud elongation stage) of sugarcane variety Yunzhe 08-1609 in field environment (Apr. ). A supplement of bud (mRNAₗncRNAcircRNA) that has been publicly disclosed in CNP0006844.
