Abstract:With the accelerated development of information technology, the electronics industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition, rapid product updates, and intense competition for talent. Traditional human resource management models suffer from slow data processing, inadequate information integration and sharing, and are unable to support flexible and accurate human resource decisions for enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to build a human resource management information system tailored to the electronics industry using cloud computing technology, addressing the issues of insufficient flexibility, high expansion costs, and data incompatibility in existing systems. By analyzing the actual needs of human resource management in the electronics industry and combining the characteristics of cloud computing, such as elastic expansion, on-demand services, and high availability, this paper designs a layered architecture system model that integrates core modules such as recruitment, training, performance, and compensation. This model relies on a cloud platform to achieve centralized data storage and secure cross-departmental sharing. Research has verified that a cloud-based system can improve the efficiency of human resource data processing and decision support capabilities, reduce enterprise IT operation and maintenance costs, and enhance system accessibility and collaboration. This paper provides a feasible technical path and practical reference for electronics enterprises to advance the digital transformation of human resources, helping the industry improve overall human resource management efficiency and optimize talent resource allocation.
