Aiming at the core problems of traditional quantum mechanics, such as the lack of physical mechanism in probabilistic interpretation, untraceable wave function collapse, and metaphysical observation effect, this paper establishes a deterministic physical model of wave-particle duality based on the Medium circulation theory, the first principle of global angular momentum conservation, combined with nearly spherical particle entity, orthogonal double-elliptic flow velocity topology, and fine-structure geometric constant . It is clarified that the particle nature originates from the spherical local vortex entity, and the wave nature originates from the vacuum angular momentum wave field excited by the internal double-elliptic circulation. The medium propagation resistance formulas of particle state and wave state are derived, and the modulation mechanism of geometric constant on dual-state characteristics is quantified. The essence of observation behavior is revealed as exogenous angular momentum perturbation coupling, which completely explains the wave field collapse and dual-state switching caused by observation. The whole process conforms to the law of angular momentum conservation, abandons the traditional probabilistic interpretation, and constructs a causally complete and mathematically self-consistent underlying physical system for wave-particle duality.
