This research project is based on secondary data and descriptive research methodology. The study mainly focuses on analyzing the role of Artificial Intelligence (Al) in digital marketing strategies used by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for its OTC medicine brand "Crocin." The information used in this project has been collected from reliable and authentic sources such as GSK Annual Reports, official websites, academic journals, market research reports, government guidelines, and healthcare publications The purpose of this study is to understand how Al technologies such as predictive analytics, chatbots, social listening tools, programmatic advertising, and personalized digital campaigns are transforming pharmaceutical marketing in India. The project also examines the impact of Al on customer engagement, brand awareness, healthcare communication, and marketing efficiency I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my teachers, academic guides, authors, researchers, and organizations whose published data and reports helped in the completion of this project. Their valuable information and insights provided a strong foundation for this research work. This project has enhanced my understanding of digital marketing, Al applications in healthcare, and the evolving pharmaceutical industry.
