This document presents the first part of the Triadic Mesh Dynamics (TMD) series. While Parts 2 and 3 focus on the physical consequences of orientational evolution and the emergence of relativistic behaviour, Part 1 establishes the foundational mechanism of the theory: the operating principle of triads. A triad is defined not as an object, but as an orientational state with its own influence zones, forbidden configurations, and flip dynamics. From these minimal geometric rules arises a fully mechanical picture of space, force, matter, and time. The text introduces the law of impenetrability, orientational shadows, triadic communication, the emergence of force and matter, and the statistical origin of Lorentz invariance. It also outlines conceptual bridges between TMD and classical mathematical structures such as Euler’s identity, Gauss’s integral, and global–local distinctions in modern geometry. Part 1 serves as the conceptual and mechanical foundation for the entire TMD framework.
