Fiedler Inversion Score (FIS) v5: Human Proteome Atlas — Phase 1 (Crystal) + Phase 2 (AlphaFold2) This release supersedes FIS v4 (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20187798) and presents the complete two-phase analysis of the human proteome using the Fiedler Inversion Score geometric classification framework. Phase 1 (Crystal Structures — High Confidence): 2, 676 human proteins with PDB apo/holo crystal structure pairs. 100 Type II spring-loaded drug target candidates identified (3. 7%).
