Abstract

This qualitative policy analysis examines responsible governance and stakeholder collaboration in teaching and learning at the University of Michigan. Findings show that ethical leadership is strongly reflected through accountability, fairness, and academic integrity expectations, while participatory curriculum governance structures remain limited.
