ABSTRACT Extranodal NK/T‐cell lymphoma is an aggressive malignancy, rare in Western populations, that can mimic benign diseases. Given the impact that prompt diagnosis has on the treatment and prognosis, it should be included in the differential diagnosis of lesions presenting in the upper aerodigestive tract, particularly the nasal region.
