The Arctic region plays a key role in ensuring Russia's national security and economic development. The article analyzes scientific approaches to the study of the factors of strategic public administration of the Arctic region and their consideration in strategic documents. The results of the study contribute to the formation of an integrated approach to the strategic development of the macroregion under study. Taking into account a group of factors of strategic public administration will contribute to improving the effectiveness of public policy implementation in the macroregion, increasing innovation and investment attractiveness.
