Abstract

The article examines the relevance of effective employment of graduates of agricultural universities, taking into account structural changes in agriculture and the development of digital technologies. The necessity of leveling the gap between supply and demand in the labor market in agriculture is analyzed. The main focus is on using an ecosystem approach to achieve effective employment. Various approaches to ecosystem formation, including digital and platform-based ones, are being considered. It is noted that the existing human resource ecosystem in agriculture does not fully realize its potential. In this regard, the authors conclude that it is necessary to create a new model of the human resources ecosystem that takes into account the specifics of the industry and the prospects for the development of digital solutions. The proposed model can be based on the principles of evolutionary spiral development and become part of the educational ecosystem.
