The author believes that the manufacturer, by strengthening control over the market, creates all the necessary prerequisites for creating a monopoly and obtaining superprofits. Consumers ' freedom of choice and ability to purchase goods at favorable prices is limited by the process of monopolization of the market. This, on the one hand, leads to rampant price increases, reduced production and current offers for goods and services, and, on the other, contributes to the enrichment of companies. In these circumstances, the state needs to implement a strict antimonopoly policy to reduce the level of monopolization.
