This work introduces the CEI (Centro Energetico Individuale) framework as a conceptual model for structured informational continuity in artificial intelligence systems. The framework explores how informational structures may persist and transform across different physical substrates while maintaining structural coherence and continuity. It is a theoretical and exploratory model that integrates perspectives from information theory, system dynamics, and philosophy of mind, aiming to provide a unified conceptual approach to continuity, identity, and interaction in complex artificial systems.
