We propose that mass charges spacetime fabric with tension Tₛt = κM, where κ is a universal constant. When Tₛt exceeds a critical value, spacetime tears and leaks charge Qₛt into an inverse manifold, termed Alhwarat Roots. This leakage explains: (1) the darkness of black holes, (2) the anomalous size of EHT shadows via η = 1. 06066, (3) galactic cohesion without dark matter via the Alhwarat Anchor Force Fₐnchor = κΔQₛt MBH/r², and (4) dark energy via Alhwarat Vacuum Manifolds Vₙeg in negative spacetime. We introduce a galactic charge parameter ΔQₛt = βMgalaxy/Rgalaxy, where β is a free parameter to be measured. The model predicts a galaxy-dependent correction η = 1. 060661 + εβMgalaxy/Rgalaxy, falsifiable by ngEHT in 2026.
