OSF-ready article documenting the MMU v6. 3 v5. 1 frozen K/M/C weak-field redshift and clock structural audit. The audit tests whether the volumetric w4 sector supports a GR-like weak-field clock response under the frozen non-canonical K/M/C package, using the MMU scaling K (q) =K0 (1+q) ^ (-3). The run passes the structural proxy test with omega (q) /omega (0) = (1+q) ^ (-3/2) and first-order response delta omega/omega approximately -3/2 q. The result supports weak-field redshift compatibility at the structural level only. It does not derive the Einstein field equations, a physical metric, the Schwarzschild solution, G, or the exact bridge between q and Phi/c².
