This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Dmitry Yashchenko’s Facts and observations that were previously unexplained, but now Acta Universi explains and is able to explain (2026), published on Zenodo with DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20362486, in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO) developed by Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva. The study examines the Acta Universi hypothesis, especially its proposal that dark energy may be understood as the informational density of a dynamic, non-local archive of all events in the universe. The analysis compares this model with the modal axioms of TO, its phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras. However, it also argues that Acta Universi requires stronger modal derivation, clearer conceptual boundaries, and more precise empirical operationalization in order to become fully compatible with the modal discipline of TO.
