Abstract

Appendix DOLW defines the Dualbind Observation Log Wiki, an observation-log structuring layer used within Dualbind to organize pre-canonicalization C-layer working logs. DOLW retains events, concepts, patterns, open issues, WALI-related notes, and raw logs before they are elevated, if necessary, to canonical ledgers or published documents. This v0.10 release is a minimum public definition. It does not publish the internal log content of DOLW, but clarifies its role in relation to DD-MH, DDP, DDM, DOMA, and DNS. This record includes both the Japanese and English versions.
