This preprint develops Paper V in the CIFT–CMM–CUP chronometric research programme. Its central contribution is a non-circular route from chronometric accumulation to gauge-like transport. The paper does not claim to derive the Standard Model gauge group and does not identify the chronometric scalar with a gauge field. Instead, it argues that once finite physical duration is represented as accumulated chronometric support along an admissible relational history, the local record–distinguishability data entering that accumulation must be compared across neighbouring domains. Such representation-invariant accumulation requires covariant admissible transport. In a differentiable finite-rank control regime, infinitesimal transport has the mathematical form of a connection, and its curvature measures the non-integrability of chronometric comparison. The manuscript introduces the Chronometric Accumulation Principle, specifies a primary non-circular history measure through finite-rank admissible record-transition weights, sharpens the first lemma into a necessity plus conditional sufficiency result, and adds a minimal finite-rank record-algebra toy model in which chronometric automorphisms are realized by inner unitary conjugations. The resulting structure is presented as a pre-gauge bridge: it establishes a route from accumulated emergent time to gauge-like connection, while leaving compact reconstruction, visible-sector coupling, chirality, anomaly cancellation, Standard Model selection, and empirical benchmark coupling as open closure targets.
