Health is an individual's status on physical, mental and social well-being rather free from diseases. Healthcare is the process of services for prevention of good health through proper management of illness, treatment and prevention of diseases. This paper aims to find out the healthcare facilities available and improvement progress in the Bishnupur District of Manipur. It examines the common diseases among people and trending number of patients both male and female seeking for treatment in healthcare institutions of the district. It focuses on the key challenges and long-term sustainability plan in service providers of healthcare institutions. The methodology of this study uses primary data through sample survey to analyses healthcare trending and variations among male-female component parts of population in the Bishnupur district. Every individual’s needs to pay attention to their health for making themselves in a fruitful and successful live. Individuals belonging to economically poor and deprived section of the society which are more prone to many diseases are giving awareness in terms of modern and scientific approach. It is found that the district has poor healthcare infrastructures, funding, providing good services and facilities. There has been larger in female health issues than male, but it seems improving in rural-urban disparity due to improvement in transport and technological facilities within the district.
