Abstract

随着建筑功能复杂化与用电需求增长,电气火灾事故频发,给社会带来严重损失,研究其成因与防控技 术刻不容缓。本文聚焦建筑电气火灾成因与智能监测防控技术应用展开研究。剖析了建筑电气火灾特点及危害;接着 从电气线路故障、电气设备故障、人为因素三方面分析火灾成因;阐述了电气参数与环境数据采集、数据驱动风险预警、 多系统联动防控三大核心技术;探讨了智能监测防控技术在不同建筑类型的应用侧重、实施环节与适配调整。研究表明, 智能监测防控技术可有效识别电气火灾隐患、提升防控效率,为建筑电气安全管理提供技术支撑,对减少建筑电气火 灾事故具有重要实践意义。
