Abstract

集料作为公路工程中最基础、用量最大的原材料之一,其物理力学性能直接关系到路面结构的承载能力、 耐久性及行车安全性。压碎值和磨耗值是评价集料抗压碎能力和抗磨损能力的核心指标,广泛应用于沥青混合料、水 泥混凝土及基层材料的质量控制中。然而,在实际检测过程中,受设备状态、操作规范、环境条件及人员素质等多重 因素影响,检测结果常存在较大离散性,严重影响工程质量判断的准确性。本文系统分析了集料压碎值与磨耗值的定义、 试验原理及现行标准要求,深入探讨了影响检测结果的关键因素,并从人员、设备、样品、环境、方法、数据处理等 六个维度,提出了全过程、全要素的质量控制要点。研究旨在为检测机构、施工单位及监理单位提供可操作的技术指南, 提升检测数据的可靠性与一致性,从而保障公路工程的长期服役性能。
