Abstract

智慧城市建设核心是借数字化、智能化技术赋能城市治理,市政基础设施是城市运行的“骨架”,其智 能化升级是智慧城市落地的关键。本文以智慧城市发展需求为导向,深入剖析智慧城市与市政基础设施的内在联系, 构建了包含感知、网络、平台及应用层的关键技术体系,创新提出全生命周期管理、跨部门协同等管理机制,还建立 了科学的效能评估模型。研究显示,市政基础设施智能化建设要靠技术与机制创新双轮驱动,可提升运行效率、降低 成本,强化治理与公共服务能力,为建设提供理论与实践指引。
