• A stock-level climate resilience assessment framework was proposed and applied to Catalonia, Spain. • Thermal and energy performance were assessed under multiple time frames and climate change scenarios. • More than 60% of schools are vulnerable and require retrofit interventions. • Strong heterogeneity and variability in climate resilience was observed across the building stock.
