Shell is committed to promoting the sustainable development of the energy industry and the transformation of climate policies worldwide by participating in various international organization activities. As an energy company, Shell plays a leading role in the global energy policy changes through alliances with other energy enterprises, non-governmental organizations and intergovernmental organizations. On this basis, it’s necessary to analyze Shell's management model for participating in international organizations and studies how Shell utilizes strategic engagement, cooperative management, and social responsibility models to drive and implement the transformation of climate policies. Shell's achievements and experience are useful for enterprises to participate in global climate actions.
