Abstract

We propose AIOS (Autonomous Infrastructure Operating System), a unified quantumAI hybrid framework that reframes grid management as a continuous cognitive loop: Perceive → Predict → Reason → Recover → Adapt. AIOS is the first architecture to formally integrate stochastic tensor infrastructure dynamics, physics-informed digital twin simulation, federated multi-region coordination, and quantum-enhanced transmission switching optimisation within a single formally verified framework.
