Abstract

• CircRNAs function as pivotal regulators of immunometabolic crosstalk in hepatocellular carcinoma, integrating metabolic reprogramming with immune evasion mechanisms. • CircRNA-mediated networks modulate glycolysis, lipid and glutamine metabolism, redox homeostasis, and key immune suppressive pathways within the HCC microenvironment. • Targeting circRNA-driven immunometabolic circuits may provide novel precision therapeutic strategies to overcome resistance to immunotherapy and metabolic treatments in HCC.
