Against the backdrop of intensified global competition, rising production costs and volatile market demands, China’s manufacturing supply chain is confronted with challenges such as insufficient agility, low transparency and weak risk resistance. To address the common problems such as data silos, system rigidity and low collaborative efficiency in the manufacturing industry, our research starts from the application scenarios of manufacturing enterprise management and designs the architecture of the manufacturing supply chain management system, forming a five-in-one, collaborative and interactive system framework composed of the overall architecture, technical architecture, application architecture, data architecture and security architecture. It aims to accelerate the collaboration between the supply chain and business operations such as production, marketing, and services, and form data-driven intelligent decision-making capabilities, providing feasible theoretical references and practical paths for manufacturing enterprises to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and collaborative innovation.
