Author preprint and public-safe data-and-code packet for ICARUS, a bounded replay audit of artifact-badged scholarly software artifacts. The release reports aggregate hashed-id evidence only and excludes the private mapping from hashed identifiers to original papers, authors, venues, artifact URLs, and raw logs. The archive includes the manuscript source, rendered PDF, EMSE-ready DOCX, public aggregate tables, receipt fixtures, validator scripts, checked reference map, release manifest, and SHA-256 checksums. It does not claim full result regeneration and does not publish named-paper reproducibility verdicts.
